“Wow, The Cottage on Church St was amazing. What a great property. The rooms were big. The living areas were perfect for our group of 6. Such a nice kitchen. The garden was a great place to relax. And the location was incredible. There just aren’t many places where you can wake up to a view of an 800 year old church across the street. I wouldn’t just stay here again, I would move in….”

“This was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! Such a lovely home; beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, with everything thought of… Bundle of eggs, bread and butter upon arrival, robes in the bathrooms, highchair for our son, etc etc. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds super comfortable. Sarah (the housekeeper) is really friendly and welcoming and the village itself is quaint and peaceful. Absolutely perfect for a country escape, would happily return.”

“The Old Forge is a truly stunning property and so much more than we ever expected when we booked. There were so many lovely features and personal touches which make this holiday home unlike any other we have stayed in. It ensured that my Mum’s 60th Birthday was so special and we all agree that we have found our new holiday ‘home away from home’. Sulgrave provides you with a country retreat experience while maintaining good links to Oxford, Banbury and places such as Bicester Village. I would recommend this property to anyone and can’t wait to come back in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us Ann.”

“We were looking for the perfect home from home to base ourselves for our daughter’s wedding in Sulgrave. This home did not disappoint, the owner was extremely flexible to all the comings and goings. It meant we could relax in-between all the preparations and offer the perfect hospitality to suppliers and guests. The space is bright and contemporary with a homely feel. Bathrooms are luxurious, being able to take an indulgent bath under the stars, perfect pre-wedding requisite! The kitchen is extensively equipped with everything you could possibly need. Sarah the housekeeper is on hand if you have any problems, and brings a warm welcome on arrival. The hamper with bread, butter, milk etc. was brilliant. The local shop and post office is a treasure trove of lovely products when you run short. The beds are comfy, so the essential good night’s sleep was enjoyed by all. It’s the first place I can honestly say we did not need to use our own pillows. The endless supply of towels and bedding was the best I’ve ever experienced and you can imagine with a bridal party to accommodate essential. We had a glorious week and would not have any hesitation in giving this property the highest recommendation.”
